Behind Lombok Horizon are three people from Germany, Switzerland and South Africa. We met on Lombok, live in Kuta, and have invested our own money in villa projects here. What we offer you, we have been through ourselves first.
Why we exist
One of us came to Lombok from Germany, one from Switzerland, one from South Africa. We arrived at different times and for different reasons, stayed longer than planned, and ended up in the same small town in the south of the island. Kuta is where we live, not where we fly in for signings.
We became buyers here before we became representatives. We put our own money into villa projects on this island, sat through the same due diligence we now run for other people, and learned which questions matter by asking them too late at least once.
When we started investing here ourselves, we found a market full of promises and empty of proof: yield banners, time pressure, contracts in English with gaps in Indonesian. What was missing was everything that would be taken for granted in Switzerland or Germany: verifiable checks, clean contracts, one accountable contact who stays.
So we built it. Slowly, with few properties, in the community we live in.

Why you won't find our faces on this page. We keep this business about the properties and the process, not about us personally. That is a deliberate choice, and it is not meant to make us hard to reach: you meet us by name, face to face on a video call, long before you look at a contract, and the operating company, PT AVANTI INDO DEV, is named with its registered address in our privacy policy. If you would rather see who you are dealing with before you book a call, write to us and we will introduce ourselves properly.
Representative, not listing machine
We do not list everything for sale on the island. We represent selected projects from developers and owners we know personally and trust, as their official on-island representative, in some cases with exclusive terms for our buyers.
Concretely: we know the owner, the site and the numbers first-hand. We run the verification before a property appears with us. We coordinate viewings, due diligence, notary and escrow, and communicate with you in English or German throughout. After the purchase we remain your point of contact on the island: build supervision, rental, reporting.
Our compensation is usually paid by the seller's side. What we earn on your specific deal, we disclose on request.
Honesty before closing
If Lombok doesn't fit your goal, we tell you in the first call. A buyer who buys wrong costs us more than one who doesn't buy.
Few properties, real checks
We only list what we have verified ourselves and whose owner we know. That's why our inventory is small. That's the point.
Still here after the signature
The purchase is the beginning, not the end. You have a number that still answers after closing, reachable in your time zone, in your language.
